Acceptance of terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using GoodTimes Initiative Wear OS watch faces, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the watch faces.
Products and platform stores
GoodTimes Initiative watch faces are distributed through Google Play. Store purchases, refunds, account access, device compatibility, installation, updates, and payment processing are handled by Google Play and may be subject to Google's terms and policies.
License
When you obtain a GoodTimes Initiative watch face, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it on compatible devices through the applicable store account. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify the watch face except where allowed by law or platform rules.
Compatibility and availability
Watch face behavior may vary by Wear OS version, device model, region, companion app settings, sensor availability, permissions, and platform updates. GoodTimes Initiative may update, remove, rename, or discontinue products or features when needed.
BOGO promotion terms
- BOGO requests require a valid Google Play receipt from the GoodTimes Initiative portfolio.
- The receipt must be no older than 10 days when the request is emailed.
- The selected free watch face must be equal to or lower than the purchased item price.
- The most recent watch face release is excluded from being received as the free item.
- Promo codes are provided manually and normally within three days for approved requests.
- GoodTimes Initiative may reject requests that are incomplete, duplicate, expired, ineligible, fraudulent, or abusive.
Support
For support or BOGO requests, email makinggoodtimeshappen@gmail.com. Support is provided in good faith, but response times may vary.
No warranties
GoodTimes Initiative watch faces are provided as available. We aim to provide polished and reliable products, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect compatibility with every device, or that every visual or data element will be available on every Wear OS configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoodTimes Initiative is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the watch faces, store listings, promotions, or linked third-party services.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms when products, promotions, or platform requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised.
