By purchasing, downloading, installing or using a GoodTimes Initiative watch face, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Products and platform
GoodTimes watch faces are distributed through Google Play. Purchases, refunds, account access, installation, updates and payment processing are handled by Google Play and may be subject to Google's terms.
License
You receive a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the watch face on compatible devices through the applicable store account. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, reverse engineer or modify the product except where applicable law or platform rules permit it.
Compatibility and availability
Behavior can vary by watch model, Wear OS version, region, permissions, sensor availability and complication provider. GoodTimes may update, rename, remove or discontinue products or individual features.
Promotions
Coupon, sale and BOGO campaigns may have separate eligibility windows, product exclusions, receipt requirements and regional limitations. Promotion details announced for a specific campaign take precedence over general website copy.
Support
Support is provided in good faith through makinggoodtimeshappen@gmail.com. Response times can vary. Include the watch face name, device model and relevant screenshots to help us investigate.
No warranties
Products are provided as available. GoodTimes aims to deliver polished and reliable watch faces but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect compatibility with every device and configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodTimes Initiative is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the products, promotions or linked third-party services.

These terms may be updated when products, services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
